HoneyBoost is a men's dietary supplement sold as honey-flavor gummies, 30 to a bottle. One gummy is one serving. It prints zinc 2.5 mg and six herbal extracts of 10 to 25 mg each, plus 3 g of added sugar. No study has tested HoneyBoost, and it is not an ED medicine or testosterone.

What it is01
HoneyBoost is a dietary supplement sold as honey-flavor gummies in a 30-count bottle. The Supplement Facts set one serving at one gummy, so one bottle is 30 servings, or about a month at one a day.
The front of the bottle reads "HoneyBoost" under a gold crown, then "Male Vitality Formula" and a row of claims such as "Intense Strength" and "Peak Stamina." Each claim carries a dagger that leads to the FDA box on the side panel: the statement has not been evaluated by the FDA, and the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
The Supplement Facts panel prints an amount for every line. That is rare for a men's formula. Zinc (as zinc gluconate) is 2.5 mg. Maca, horny goat weed, damiana and mucuna extracts are 10 mg each, tongkat ali extract is 25 mg, and L-arginine is 10 mg. There is no proprietary blend.
HoneyBoost is not a prescription ED medicine and not FDA-approved. Supplements need no FDA approval before they are sold (FDA, Questions and Answers on Dietary Supplements), and a structure/function line may not claim to treat a disease (FDA, Structure/Function Claim Notification).
The panel sets the serving at 1 gummy (4.2 g). The label prints no directions line, so ask the order desk about use. See how to take HoneyBoost.
Zinc plus six extracts, each with its own number. Together the six extracts weigh 75 mg, under 2% of a 4.2 g gummy. See the supplement facts.
Order buttons here lead to the seller's order page, where the packs, prices and the 60-day guarantee apply (HoneyBoost sales page).
Claims vs evidence02
No one has published a study of HoneyBoost itself, so nobody can say it changes erections, drive or testosterone. The research on its ingredients is small, mixed, and used far larger daily amounts than one gummy holds.
A 2020 review of testosterone-booster claims found that many products promise more than their ingredients show (Clemesha 2020, T-Booster Claims (WJMH)). Maca raised sexual desire in a 12-week trial of healthy men without changing their testosterone (Gonzales 2002, Maca and Sexual Desire). A pooled study of L-arginine in men with mild to moderate ED used 1,500 to 5,000 mg a day (Rhim 2019, Arginine and ED Meta-analysis (J Sex Med)). A gummy holds 10 mg.
Zinc raised testosterone in one small study of men who were low in zinc (Prasad 1996, Zinc Status and Testosterone). Erection problems can also be an early sign of heart disease or diabetes, which is why a clinician visit comes first (Mayo Clinic, ED Symptoms and Causes).
Claims as printed on the HoneyBoost label. The sales page showed no claims when read (HoneyBoost sales page). Health claims need competent and reliable scientific evidence, generally randomized human trials (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance).
Do not stop or change a prescribed medicine because you started a supplement (NIDDK, Treatment for ED). Chest pain or fainting means 911, and an erection lasting more than 4 hours needs emergency care (Mayo Clinic, Priapism). The full review is on does HoneyBoost work.
The formula03
A HoneyBoost gummy holds zinc and six plant or amino acid lines, each printed with its own amount. The rest of the 4.2 g is sugar, corn syrup, water and pectin.
Federal rules make a label list each dietary ingredient with its amount unless it sits inside a proprietary blend (21 CFR 101.36, Supplement Facts Label). HoneyBoost uses no blend, so every number is on the panel. The extracts also print a ratio. A 10:1 maca extract means about 10 kg of root made 1 kg of extract, so 10 mg of extract is equal to about 100 mg of root, as the label says.
| Name on the label | Printed per gummy | Label equivalent | Amount used in research | Evidence |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Zinc (as zinc gluconate) 2.5 mg, 23% DV | 2.5 mg | None printed | Men need 11 mg a day (RDA, which is the 100% Daily Value); the adult upper limit for supplements is 40 mg a day (NIH ODS, Zinc) (Prasad 1996, Zinc Status and Testosterone) | Raised testosterone in nine marginally zinc-deficient older men after six months; the NIH page says nothing on testosterone or sexual function |
| Maca (Lepidium meyenii) Root Extract 10:1, 10 mg (equivalent to 100 mg maca root) | 10 mg | 100 mg (10:1 extract) | 1,500 or 3,000 mg of maca root powder a day for 12 weeks in healthy men; 2,400 mg of dry extract a day for 12 weeks in a mild ED trial (Gonzales 2002, Maca and Sexual Desire) (Zenico 2009, Maca in Mild ED) (Shin 2010, Maca Systematic Review) (MSK, Maca) | Small, self-reported gains in desire or mild ED; did not change testosterone |
| Horny Goat Weed (Epimedium spp.) Extract 8:1, 10 mg (equivalent to 80 mg horny goat weed) | 10 mg | 80 mg (8:1 extract) | No human erection or desire trial of Epimedium was found, so there is no studied dose; LiverTox lists a usual product dose of one 250 or 500 mg tablet a day (MSK, Epimedium (Horny Goat Weed)) (LiverTox, Horny Goat Weed) | Lab and animal findings only for its main compound icariin; human evidence is thin |
| Damiana (Turnera diffusa) Leaf Extract 5:1, 10 mg (equivalent to 50 mg damiana leaf) | 10 mg | 50 mg (5:1 extract) | No human trial of damiana for sexual function was found, so there is no studied dose; Memorial Sloan Kettering lists animal studies only (MSK, Damiana) | Traditional use and animal studies only; human evidence is very thin |
| Tongkat Ali (Eurycoma longifolia) Root Extract 100:1, 25 mg (equivalent to 2,500 mg tongkat ali root) | 25 mg | 2,500 mg (100:1 extract) | 200 mg a day of Eurycoma extract for 6 months, with training, in 45 men with low testosterone; LiverTox gives traditional doses of 100 to 400 mg (Leisegang 2022, Eurycoma and Testosterone Meta-analysis) (Leitao 2021, Tongkat Ali RCT in Aging Males (Maturitas)) (LiverTox, Tongkat Ali) (Ang 2004, Mercury in Tongkat Ali Products) | Some small trials report testosterone and mood changes in older or stressed men; trials are small and short |
| Mucuna (Mucuna pruriens) Seed Extract standardized to 98% L-DOPA, 10 mg (9.8 mg L-DOPA) | 10 mg | 98% L-DOPA, 9.8 mg L-DOPA | 15 g or 30 g of mucuna seed powder, as single doses, in a Parkinson's disease trial that compared it with the drug levodopa (Katzenschlager 2004, Mucuna in Parkinson Disease (JNNP)) (Shukla 2009, Mucuna and Male Fertility (Fertil Steril)) (Aureli 2025, High-percentage L-dopa Supplements Quality) | One study in infertile men and one in Parkinson's disease; none measured erections |
| L-Arginine, 10 mg | 10 mg | None printed | 1,500 to 5,000 mg a day in 10 randomized trials of 540 men with mild to moderate ED (a 2019 meta-analysis) (Rhim 2019, Arginine and ED Meta-analysis (J Sex Med)) (Mayo Clinic, L-arginine) (MSK, Arginine) | Pooled trials found higher ED scores in mild to moderate ED and no change in desire; the doses were grams, hundreds of times more than 10 mg |
The label prints the root equivalent for four lines: maca 100 mg, horny goat weed 80 mg, damiana 50 mg and tongkat ali 2,500 mg. A root equivalent is not an amount of active compound. Trial doses are usually extract weights, so every comparison below is extract against extract.

Printed vs studied04
For most lines, no. Each jar below is the amount a study used. The honey is what one HoneyBoost gummy prints. Watch it fill.
Maca trials used 1,500 to 3,000 mg of root powder a day (Gonzales 2002, Maca and Sexual Desire). A tongkat ali trial used 200 mg of extract a day for six months (Leitao 2021, Tongkat Ali RCT in Aging Males (Maturitas)). The arginine trials used 1,500 to 5,000 mg (Rhim 2019, Arginine and ED Meta-analysis (J Sex Med)). Zinc is compared with the daily need, 11 mg for men (NIH ODS, Zinc), because that is a nutrition figure, not a trial dose.
0.67% of the studied amount
Drawn at 4% so you can see it; the true share is 0.7% of the lowest studied amount. (Rhim 2019, Arginine and ED Meta-analysis (J Sex Med))

0.07% of the studied amount

23% of the daily need
(NIH ODS, Zinc)
No human dose found
No human dose found
(MSK, Damiana)
Each jar is the amount a study used, or for zinc the daily need. The honey is what one HoneyBoost gummy prints. A studied dose says what was tested, not what works for you, and no study tested HoneyBoost. Horny goat weed and damiana show empty dashed jars because we found no human dose to compare.
That is arithmetic, not a verdict. A studied dose says what was tested, not what works for you, and no study tested HoneyBoost.
The sugar05
Each HoneyBoost gummy has 3 g of added sugar, which the label rates at 6% of the Daily Value. A full bottle holds 90 g.
FDA sets the Daily Value for added sugars at 50 g a day, and calls 5% or less "low" and 20% or more "high" (FDA, Added Sugars on the Nutrition Facts Label). So 6% is just above low. The American Heart Association says most men should stay under 9 teaspoons, about 36 g a day (AHA, Added Sugars). The first two Other Ingredients are sugar and corn syrup.
One gummy adds 3 g. With 15 g from the rest of your day, that is 18 g of added sugar, 50% of the 36 g limit.
The American Heart Association says most men should have no more than 9 teaspoons (36 grams) of added sugar a day (AHA, Added Sugars). The label prints 3 g of added sugar per gummy; the other sugar in your day is your own estimate. A checking aid, not medical advice.
More on HoneyBoost sugar. If you have diabetes, ask your doctor how a gummy fits your day.
How you take it06
The Supplement Facts set the serving at one gummy. That is all the label says about use: it prints no directions line.
The order page adds nothing more, and we found no time-of-day or food rule. Treat one gummy a day as the serving, and ask the order desk before using more. A bottle of 30 gummies lasts 30 days at one a day.
The label also says not to take it if you are pregnant or lactating, have a medical condition or take other medications, and to consult a physician before use. That matters here, because mucuna and L-arginine carry drug cautions on their safety pages.
The label says: do not take if pregnant, lactating, suffering from a medical condition or taking other medications, and consult a physician before using it. Check that the safety seal is intact, then show your doctor or pharmacist the label.
The Supplement Facts set the serving at 1 gummy (4.2 g), with 30 servings in the bottle. The label prints no directions line, so confirm any other use with the order desk and your doctor.
Each gummy carries 3 g of added sugar. If you add it to a day that already has sweet drinks or desserts, the total moves toward the 36 g daily limit the American Heart Association sets for most men.
30 gummies last 30 days at one a day. Keep your checkups, keep every prescribed medicine going, and see a clinician about any erection or energy problem that lasts.

The label07
The HoneyBoost label sets the serving at one gummy, prints seven amounts and 3 g of added sugar, and says not to use it under age 18 or if the seal is broken.
It names the distributor as GEX Corp LLP of Florence, Kentucky, and says "Made in the USA with select ingredients from around the world." It says it is packaged in a facility that also handles peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, soy and milk products.
One thing does not match. The front says "Lab Tested, No Artificial Additives," while the Other Ingredients list ends with "artificial color." Both lines are on the same label. We cannot settle it from the bottle, and the seller should explain it. See the label claims page.

Safety check08
It depends on the medicine. The label itself says not to take it with other medications. L-arginine can lower blood pressure, mucuna carries L-DOPA, and nitrates are a red line for any sexual health product. Answer six quick questions, then talk to your doctor or pharmacist.
Already taking a multivitamin? The checker below adds its zinc to the HoneyBoost label amount and compares the total with the adult upper limit.

The adult upper limit from NIH ODS is 40 mg of zinc a day from all sources (NIH ODS, Zinc). A review of 50 testosterone products found 13 above an upper limit for zinc, vitamin B3 or magnesium (Clemesha 2020, T-Booster Claims (WJMH)). A checking aid, not medical advice.

Questions12
HoneyBoost is a dietary supplement in gummy form, 30 gummies to a bottle. Each gummy prints zinc 2.5 mg, maca, horny goat weed, damiana and mucuna extracts of 10 mg each, tongkat ali extract 25 mg and L-arginine 10 mg, plus 3 g of added sugar.
The Supplement Facts set the serving at one gummy (4.2 g), with 30 servings per bottle. The label prints no directions line, so ask the order desk about use, and do not take more than the serving without asking.
No. The FDA does not approve dietary supplements before they are sold. The label carries the standard statement that its claims have not been evaluated by the FDA.
No study shows that, and the label does not claim it. Maca did not change testosterone in its trial, and zinc raised it only in men low in zinc. Low testosterone is confirmed by blood tests.
Each gummy has 3 g of added sugar, 6% of the Daily Value, so a 30-gummy bottle holds 90 g. The American Heart Association limit for most men is about 36 g a day.
