HoneyBoost Gummies for Men: Why Not Capsules, Pills or Drops?

Quick answer

HoneyBoost gummies are the only form of HoneyBoost we can find: a honey-flavor chewable of 4.2 g, 30 to a bottle. It is not sold as capsules, pills or drops. The gummy form adds 3 g of sugar per piece and leaves room for only 75 mg of extracts.

The form01

What are HoneyBoost gummies?

HoneyBoost gummies are chewable pieces in honey flavor, sold in a 30-count bottle. The label calls the product a "Dietary Supplement" and sets one gummy (4.2 g) as one serving.

The bottle is clear with a black cap and a black and gold label. The brand's renders show round amber pieces, but we describe the gummy by the label, not the picture.

The gummy form is a design choice. It looks like candy, it needs no water, and it carries flavor. It also carries sugar, and it limits how much plant material fits in a piece.

Other forms02

Does HoneyBoost come as capsules, pills or drops?

No. We know of HoneyBoost only as gummies. The label says "30 Gummies," and the order page lists bottles of one product.

Searches for "honeyboost capsules," "honeyboost pills" and "honeyboost drops" may bring up other products, because the name "honey boost" is shared. This site covers only the gummies on the label. If you see a capsule, pill or drop sold under a similar name, it is not what this site describes, and we cannot vouch for it. See the HoneyBoost name confusion page.

How much active ingredient fits in a gummy?

In HoneyBoost, little. The six extracts weigh 75 mg together, which is about 1.8% of a 4.2 g gummy.

Add zinc at 2.5 mg and the active share is still under 2%. The other 98% is sugar, corn syrup, water, pectin and a few helpers. That is arithmetic from the panel, not a flaw we can rank against other forms.

We found no source that shows gummies deliver more or less than their label says, so we make no claim either way. We do know the studied amounts: 1,500 mg of maca in one trial (Gonzales 2002, Maca and Sexual Desire), 200 mg of tongkat ali extract in another (Leitao 2021, Tongkat Ali RCT in Aging Males (Maturitas)). One HoneyBoost gummy holds 10 mg and 25 mg. To match those numbers by gummy count, you would need more than a hundred a day. We do not suggest that.

Do not add gummies to chase a dose

The label prints one gummy as one serving. More gummies mean more sugar and more of every ingredient, with cautions you cannot see from the bottle. Ask the order desk first.

The trade-off04

How much sugar does the gummy form add?

Each gummy adds 3 g of added sugar, 6% of the Daily Value. A bottle holds 90 g.

FDA sets the added sugar Daily Value at 50 g (FDA, Added Sugars on the Nutrition Facts Label). The American Heart Association says most men should keep to about 9 teaspoons, roughly 36 g a day (AHA, Added Sugars). Slide the meter to add the sugar from the rest of your day.

15 g

One gummy adds 3 g. With 15 g from the rest of your day, that is 18 g of added sugar, 50% of the 36 g limit.

  • 3 gadded sugar per gummy, 6% of the Daily Value (label)
  • 90 gin a 30-gummy bottle
  • 2.5 daysworth of the 36 g limit, if one bottle's sugar were eaten at once

The American Heart Association says most men should have no more than 9 teaspoons (36 grams) of added sugar a day (AHA, Added Sugars). The label prints 3 g of added sugar per gummy; the other sugar in your day is your own estimate. A checking aid, not medical advice.

What else is in the piece05

What else is in a HoneyBoost gummy besides the actives?

The gummy contains sugar, corn syrup, water, pectin, citric acid, natural flavor, guar gum, tapioca starch, sodium citrate and artificial color.

Pectin is the gelling agent. The label lists no gelatin, but it makes no vegan claim either, so we do not make one. It also makes no gluten-free or allergen-free claim, and it says the product is "Packaged in the same facility as peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, soy and milk products."

"Artificial color" sits beside the front line "Lab Tested, No Artificial Additives." Both are printed. We cannot reconcile them, and the seller should explain. Read the label claims page for the rest.

Practical06

How do you take a HoneyBoost gummy?

The label sets one gummy as one serving and prints no directions line. No time of day or food rule is given.

The label says to keep it out of reach of children, which matters for any product that looks like candy. It is not for anyone under 18. It also prints no storage statement, so ask the order desk about heat and humidity. See how to take HoneyBoost for the rest.

Decide07

Is a gummy the right form for you?

It depends on what you value: ease of taking against sugar and small amounts.

For

  • No water needed.
  • Honey flavor.
  • Every amount printed.

Against

  • 3 g added sugar each.
  • Artificial color listed.
  • Small amounts of extract.

If you have diabetes, a nut, wheat, soy or milk allergy, or take any medicine, ask your doctor or pharmacist first. Erection problems deserve a clinician visit whatever the form. The order page lists a 60-day money-back guarantee; confirm the live policy at checkout (HoneyBoost sales page).

FAQ08

HoneyBoost gummy questions

Do HoneyBoost gummies taste like honey?

The label says honey flavor and lists "natural flavor," but it does not list honey. We have not tasted the product, and taste is personal. Honey flavor on a label describes the flavoring, not an ingredient.

How big is a HoneyBoost gummy?

One gummy weighs 4.2 g. The brand renders show round pieces, but we do not describe the pieces inside the bottle from a picture.

Can you chew or swallow a HoneyBoost gummy whole?

The label gives no instructions on chewing, and it prints no directions line at all. Gummies are made to be chewed, but ask the order desk about the maker's advice. Do not split gummies to change a serving.

Are HoneyBoost gummies sticky or soft?

We cannot say from the label, and we have not handled the product. The label lists pectin, guar gum and tapioca starch, which are texture helpers. Storage is not printed, so ask the order desk about heat.

Is a gummy form worse for teeth?

The label shows 3 g of sugar and corn syrup per gummy, and sugary chewables can cling to teeth. We found no source specific to HoneyBoost. Ask your dentist if you have cavity concerns, and rinse or brush as you normally do.

Why would a men's supplement be a gummy?

Brands choose gummies because they are easy to take and flavored. The label gives no reason for HoneyBoost. The trade is sugar and small ingredient amounts, which you can see on the panel.

Is there a liquid or powder version of HoneyBoost?

We know of none. The label and the order page show 30-count gummy bottles only. Anything sold as HoneyBoost powder or liquid is not described here, and may not be made by the same company.
