What Is on the HoneyBoost Ingredients List, Line by Line?

Quick answer

The HoneyBoost ingredients list has seven printed lines: zinc 2.5 mg and six herbal or amino acid lines of 10 to 25 mg each. Ten Other Ingredients follow, starting with sugar and corn syrup. No study tests HoneyBoost, so each line below gets one fact about its own ingredient, not a promise.

The list01

What is on the HoneyBoost ingredients list?

The HoneyBoost ingredients list has two parts: seven Supplement Facts lines with printed amounts, then ten Other Ingredients. One gummy (4.2 g) is the serving.

The six extracts together weigh 75 mg, about 1.8% of the gummy. There is no proprietary blend, so every amount is printed.

Studied at: Men need 11 mg a day (RDA, which is the 100% Daily Value); the adult upper limit for supplements is 40 mg a day. Evidence: Raised testosterone in nine marginally zinc-deficient older men after six months; the NIH page says nothing on testosterone or sexual function. Read the Zinc page

Maca and goat weed02

What does the evidence say about maca and horny goat weed?

Both have limited evidence in men, from amounts far above one gummy.

Maca. In healthy men, 1,500 or 3,000 mg of maca for 8 weeks brought better self-rated desire and no change in testosterone (Gonzales 2002, Maca and Sexual Desire). The gummy's root equivalent, 100 mg, is 6.7% of the lower dose.

Horny goat weed. Memorial Sloan Kettering calls the evidence limited and says more studies are needed (MSK, Epimedium (Horny Goat Weed)). The gummy holds 10 mg of extract.

Damiana and tongkat ali03

What does the evidence say about damiana and tongkat ali?

Damiana has no human data for sexual behavior, and tongkat ali has small trials in specific groups of men.

Damiana. Memorial Sloan Kettering lists limited evidence, animal studies only, and no human data for sexual behavior (MSK, Damiana).

Tongkat ali. A meta-analysis of five randomized trials found higher total testosterone with eurycoma, and said more research was required (Leisegang 2022, Eurycoma and Testosterone Meta-analysis). One trial gave 200 mg of extract a day (Leitao 2021, Tongkat Ali RCT in Aging Males (Maturitas)). The gummy holds 25 mg, or 12.5% of that.

Mucuna, arginine, zinc04

What do mucuna, L-arginine and zinc add to the list?

Mucuna is a source of L-dopa, L-arginine was tested at far larger doses, and zinc is a mineral.

Mucuna. The seed is a natural source of L-dopa and has been studied in Parkinson disease at 15 to 30 g single doses (Katzenschlager 2004, Mucuna in Parkinson Disease (JNNP)). The gummy prints 9.8 mg of L-DOPA. A clinician should know about any L-dopa source.

L-arginine. A pooled study of men with mild to moderate ED used 1,500 to 5,000 mg (Rhim 2019, Arginine and ED Meta-analysis (J Sex Med)). The gummy holds 10 mg, between 0.2% and 0.7% of that.

Zinc. The 2.5 mg is 23% of the Daily Value on the label. Zinc is the only line with a Daily Value; the other six print "Daily Value not established."

Other Ingredients05

What are the Other Ingredients in HoneyBoost gummies?

The Other Ingredients are sugar, corn syrup, water, pectin, citric acid, natural flavor, guar gum, tapioca starch, sodium citrate and artificial color.

Sugar and corn syrup lead the list, and the label counts 3 g of added sugars in each gummy. Pectin, guar gum and tapioca starch give the gummy its set and chew. The list names no honey.

The front panel says "Lab Tested, No Artificial Additives," while this list ends with "artificial color." See the artificial color post and HoneyBoost and sugar.

Before you buy06

What should you check on the ingredients list before you order?

Check it against your medicine list and your allergies, then ask a doctor or pharmacist if anything overlaps.

The label says not to take HoneyBoost with other medications or a medical condition, and to consult a physician first. L-arginine can lower blood pressure, and mucuna carries L-DOPA. Keep taking any prescribed medicine.

Erection problems can signal heart disease or diabetes, so see a clinician. The supplement facts page has the panel word for word, and side effects covers the cautions. For the whole label, see the label explained.

FAQ07

HoneyBoost questions people ask

How many ingredients are in HoneyBoost gummies?

The label lists 17 items: seven Supplement Facts lines and ten Other Ingredients. Every Supplement Facts line has a printed amount, so no blend hides any part of the formula.

Does the HoneyBoost ingredients list include honey?

No. The Other Ingredients list names no honey. It lists "natural flavor," and the label calls the gummies honey flavor. It does not say what that flavor is made from, so ask the seller.

Why does only zinc show a Daily Value on the HoneyBoost panel?

Zinc has an established Daily Value, so the label prints 23% for 2.5 mg. The other six lines have none and read "Daily Value not established." That is a labeling rule, not a sign those amounts are low or high.

Can I trust the amounts on the HoneyBoost ingredients list?

No lab report is published, so we cannot confirm them. They are the label's own statements. Ask the seller for a certificate of analysis for your lot.
