HoneyBoost Serving Size: What One 4.2 g Gummy Means and What the Label Leaves Out
The HoneyBoost serving size is 1 gummy, which weighs 4.2 g. One bottle holds 30 servings. The Supplement Facts print amounts for that one gummy only. The label prints no directions or suggested-use line, so the serving size is a measure, not an instruction. Ask the order desk about use.

The number01
What is the HoneyBoost serving size?
The serving size is 1 gummy, and each gummy weighs 4.2 g. A bottle holds 30 gummies, so it holds 30 servings.
Federal rules set how a Supplement Facts panel is built, including a serving size line and the amount per serving (21 CFR 101.36, Supplement Facts Label). HoneyBoost follows that format. Every number on the panel is for one gummy: 10 calories, 3 g of carbohydrate, 3 g of added sugar, and the seven ingredient lines.
Zinc is 2.5 mg, or 23% of the Daily Value. Maca, horny goat weed, damiana and mucuna extracts are 10 mg each. Tongkat ali extract is 25 mg and L-arginine is 10 mg.
A missing line02
Why does the HoneyBoost label have a serving size but no directions?
We cannot say why. A serving size is a measuring unit, and a directions line is a separate instruction that this label does not print.
The bottle and the sales page we read give no suggested use, no time of day and no food rule (HoneyBoost sales page). So "1 gummy" tells you what the numbers refer to. It does not tell you how many to take or when.
Treat 1 gummy as the serving, and ask the order desk about use before you take more. The label also says to consult a physician before using the product.
Scaling the label03
How do the label numbers change if you take more than one gummy?
Every number multiplies by the count of gummies. Two gummies carry twice the zinc, twice the extract and twice the sugar.
The label does not suggest more than one, and we do not either. The table shows the arithmetic so you can see what a change would do. It is not advice to take more.
| Per serving | 1 gummy | 2 gummies | 3 gummies |
|---|---|---|---|
| Weight | 4.2 g | 8.4 g | 12.6 g |
| Added sugar | 3 g (6% DV) | 6 g (12% DV) | 9 g (18% DV) |
| Zinc | 2.5 mg (23% DV) | 5 mg (46% DV) | 7.5 mg (69% DV) |
| Tongkat ali extract | 25 mg | 50 mg | 75 mg |
| Six extracts together | 75 mg | 150 mg | 225 mg |
The Daily Value for added sugar is 50 g, and 3 g is 6% of it, just above what FDA calls "low" at 5% or less (FDA, Added Sugars on the Nutrition Facts Label). The six extracts together are about 1.8% of one gummy's weight.

What should you ask the order desk about HoneyBoost use?
Ask for the directions in writing, and ask about anything the label leaves open.
- Is there a suggested use, and where is it printed?
- Is there a maximum number of gummies in a day?
- Is there a time of day or a food rule?
- Can it be taken with other medicines or supplements?

Safety05
Does the serving size change if you take medicine?
Medicine matters more than the serving size. The label says not to take HoneyBoost if you take other medications, and to consult a physician.
L-arginine can lower blood pressure, and mucuna carries L-DOPA. Nitrate medicines (for chest pain) need a doctor's word before any sexual health product, and Mayo Clinic warns that L-arginine plus nitrates might drop blood pressure too low (Mayo Clinic, L-arginine). Ask your doctor or pharmacist, and keep taking any prescribed medicine. Chest pain or fainting means 911. An erection lasting more than 4 hours needs emergency care.
No study has tested HoneyBoost. A serving size describes the gummy, not a result.
FAQ06
HoneyBoost questions people ask
How many grams is one HoneyBoost gummy?
One HoneyBoost gummy weighs 4.2 g, which is the serving size on the Supplement Facts panel. Of that, 3 g is sugar, and the six herbal extracts together weigh 75 mg.
How many servings are in a bottle of HoneyBoost?
A bottle holds 30 gummies and 30 servings. At one gummy a day that is 30 days. The 2, 3 and 6 bottle packs hold 60, 90 and 180 servings.
Is a serving of HoneyBoost the same as a daily dose?
Not necessarily. A serving is the unit the numbers describe. A daily dose would come from a directions line, and the label prints none, so ask the order desk.
Do I count the whole 4.2 g as active ingredients?
No. The six extracts weigh 75 mg together, about 1.8% of the gummy. The rest is mostly sugar, corn syrup, water and pectin, plus flavor, color and acids.
What does 23% DV for zinc mean on a gummy?
It means the 2.5 mg of zinc covers about 23% of the 11 mg Daily Value for adults. It does not say how much you need. Add zinc from other supplements and watch the 40 mg upper limit.
