How Do You Check a Supplement Lot Number and Certificate?
To check a supplement lot number, find the code on the bottle, match it to the box and the order, and ask the seller for the certificate for that lot. A lot code shows which production run you hold. It does not prove quality. HoneyBoost's lot references on the seller page are not lab proof.

The short answer01
What is a supplement lot number and why does it matter?
A lot number is a code that marks one production run of a product. It lets a maker trace a bottle back to its batch.
It matters in two ways. If a problem appears, a lot code tells a reviewer which bottles may be affected. And it lets you match a bottle to a test certificate for that same batch.
The code alone says nothing about purity or dose. It is a label for the batch, not a result.
Where to look02
Where do you find the lot number on a supplement?
Look at the bottom of the bottle, the neck or the side near the label. It is often stamped or inkjet printed next to a best-before date.
| Where | What to compare |
|---|---|
| Bottle (stamp or print) | Lot code and best-before date |
| Outer box or seal | The same lot code, if the box prints one |
| Order email or receipt | Product name, date, order ID |
| Seller page or certificate | A lot code that matches the bottle |
Take a photo of each, side by side. A mismatch is a reason to call the seller before you use the product.

What lot references does HoneyBoost show?
The seller page shows two references: HB-26/GO-7080 as a lot and HB-7080-26-GO as a certificate reference. They are seller references, not lab proof.
The flat label image shows no lot code or best-before date that we can see. So look at your own bottle for a stamp, and compare it with those references.
No lab report is published, and the label's "Lab Tested, No Artificial Additives" line names no lab. A reference number without a report behind it is a number only. See the full steps on the batch verify page.
Matching codes show that a bottle and a record belong together. They do not show what was tested or what the result was.

What should a supplement certificate of analysis show?
A real certificate names the lab, the lot, the tests run and the results with units.
- The lab's name and contact details
- The same lot code as your bottle
- Which tests were run, and the test dates
- Results for each ingredient and any contaminants
- Whether hidden drugs were screened for
The last point matters. The FDA says its warning list covers only a small fraction of contaminated products (FDA, Sexual Enhancement and Energy Product Notifications). A certificate that never mentions drug screening leaves that question open.
Ask the seller for it by email, and keep the reply.
Next steps05
Who do you ask to confirm a lot number and certificate?
Ask the seller first, then the distributor named on the label.
For HoneyBoost orders you have placed, call the order desk or email [email protected] with your order ID and a photo of your bottle. The label names GEX Corp LLP, in Florence, KY, as distributor. No manufacturer is named.
If a bottle looks wrong, report it. The FDA's MedWatch takes reports from consumers (FDA, MedWatch). Our post on how to report a bad supplement has the steps.
Whatever the lot says, the usual advice stands. Keep taking prescribed medicine, and ask a clinician about erection concerns. No source tests HoneyBoost.
FAQ06
HoneyBoost questions people ask
Can I look up a supplement lot number online?
Only if the maker runs a public lookup. We know of no public lookup for HoneyBoost lot codes. Ask the order desk to confirm your code against its records, and ask for the certificate for that lot.
What is the difference between a lot number and a best-before date?
A lot number marks the production run. A best-before date marks when the maker expects the product to stay at its best. Both are often printed together on the bottle. Neither shows safety or purity.
Is a certificate of analysis the same as an FDA approval?
No. The FDA does not approve dietary supplements before they are sold. A certificate is a lab's report on one lot, and its value depends on who ran the lab and what it tested.
What should I do if my bottle has no lot number?
Photograph the bottle, the seal and the label. Contact the seller with your order ID and ask where the code is printed. If the seal is broken or missing, the label says not to use the product.
